Return deadline
Please contact us by e-mail within one week after arrival if the product is defective or if it is different from the product you applied for.
We will contact you as soon as possible, so please be sure to wait for our contact before returning.
If the product is returned without contact, we will not be able to cancel the return if more than one week has passed since we received the return notification.
Return shipping fee
We will bear the return shipping fee only for defective products due to our responsibility. Please contact us by email first.

In international transactions, the goods ordered by the customer may be subject to VAT, customs duty and consumption tax at the time of import.
We ship by DDU * in all international transactions. Therefore, we do not charge VAT, customs duty, consumption tax, or unpredictable charges such as special charges and brokerage charges when you settle the goods.
If you need these additional charges to pick up the goods from customs, you will need to pay them. If you need more information about importing goods, please contact your local customs office.

In case of return after purchase of 11,000 yen or more
・ Customers who purchased a total of 11,000 yen or more and received free shipping at the time of ordering, and if the total purchase amount is less than 11,000 yen due to customer's convenience, we will charge the shipping fee that was initially free. I will do it.
